Simply, I’m a people person. I love to work with a wide range of people, staff and volunteers, to make a difference to others. I lead and motivate by role modelling the behaviour I like to see in others. I believe in authentic leadership and so I bring myself as a person to the organisation and teams I work with, not just the ‘what’ I am, but the ‘who.’ I’m values based, with integrity at the heart.
I’m tenacious, enthusiastic and a highly experienced and effective marketing and communications professional, with strong people and change management skills.
